Living at Eugenie for the 2.7 years has been Heavenly. Fabulous staff, co tenants, amenities galore, inspiring views, and the most desirable neighborhood, right across from a nature's haven.
Eugenie terrace is in the best location. The pool up on the roof is so nice to have and super fun when they throw events! Building is clean, door staff is nice and heather in the office is super helpful! I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great location/experience!

My wife and I have had a great experience living at Eugenie Terrace for the past 8 months. Convenient location, fantastic views in all directions, and a friendly team on-site have made it a welcoming first apartment in Chicago. Maintenance has attended to issues promptly, and all parts of the building (parking, packages, mail, etc) all run seamlessly.
Charlie is an exceptional maintenance worker who goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of our building and its residents. His dedication to his job is truly admirable, and he consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and expertise, all with a smile on his face. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Charlie over the last few years and I honestly consider him to be a friend. One recent example of Charlie's exceptional work is when he spent two hours meticulously cleaning out our sink after it became clogged/rotted. He was patient and thorough, and he didn't stop until he had completely cleared the blockage. Other workers had tried 4 different times but he was the only one who took the time to ensure it was completely fixed. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that our apartment is in good condition is truly appreciated. This type of service deserves to be recognized and I am sure other residents feel the same way. Charlie is also a kind and compassionate person. He always has a friendly greeting and is always willing to help out in any way he can. He is a valuable asset to our building community and I am grateful to have him as an employee and friend. He is a hard-working, skilled, and compassionate individual who goes the extra mile to ensure that his residents are satisfied. I have lived in four different buildings, and have never met anyone who actually cares about their residents as much as he does.
Eugenie Terrace is truly a hidden gem! With stunning views, a welcoming and friendly staff, and a lively neighborhood, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Wanted to leave a review specifically for the staff at Eugenie. Particularly, Frances and the front desk concierge team, as well as Tony and the maintenance team. They were always spreading positive energy and were happy to help with anything I need in my 1.5 years living here before moving to a new city. Frances went above & beyond with her friendliness always making me feel at home. I will miss greeting her every day coming in and out of the building! Thank you for radiating your positive energy and never change!!!
Eugenie Tr is one of the best places in Chicago! The location is unbeatable, the building is clean, and the door staff are welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to Maria and Heather in the leasing office—they go above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. The whole team is professional, responsive, and cares about residents. Highly recommend !!!
The maintenance team is always responsive and incredibly helpful, and the management is very understanding when you communicate with them. The leasing staff is also super friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even better.
I want to give a shout out to the building that I have called home for the last 6 years. Why I have stayed? Because this building has everything. Let’s start with the management. From day one, they have been nothing less than professional, quick to resolve any any rare issue that may come up, and they are always involved in the community. They always have an open door and I enjoy chatting with the team. Next is the location. It could not be more perfect. The building is located adjacent to Old town and across the street from Lincoln park and by proxy, North Ave Beach. It is also show center for the annual Chicago air and water show. As a pilot, this is the best weekend of the year. Being able to watch the show from the roof top pool is an incredible experience. Next the apartments. They are spacious, modern, and cozy. Watching the season change through the large bay windows is amazing. Every apartment has been renovated over the last 2 years. Next is the door staff.. they go out of their way to get to know all of the residents and ensure that they are welcomed home by name every single day. Finally, our building has awesome amenities, ranging from the rooftop pool, the sky lounge, the incredible gym and class studio, the business center, dry cleaning, etc. they continually add amenities to ensure their everyone has all of their needs taken care of. Finally, the community. Our building has a young, professional population. We are all very active. The building provides tailored activities, events, and amenities, specific to the community. I love the social events, wine tastings, etc. I would like to offer a special shout out to Maria. She is the best leasing professional and incredibly valued member of our community. Also, she’s so much fun to talk to and exchange smiles with. The entire staff is great but I had to give a special shout out..
